#AskTheExpert My baby is 19 days old and totally on breastfeeding.. Her mother is suffering from acute constipation. Can she take Softovac regularly?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. yes can tske constipation post pregnancy is very common. you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity. regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation. important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water. if constipation doesn't improve it can lead to to piles and bleeding due to its complicationx many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecologist if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification. meet your doctor.

If it has been suggested by the doctors and of course you can take it on an every day basis but try to do some dietary alterations have a good amount of liquid which is what is going to be helpful along with that to deal with the constipation issueWrite Your Answer Here
