#AskTheExpert my baby is 18 months old. He always plays with water whenever I give him to drink. This caused him dehydration and always catch cold easily. please suggest me something.

A. Adequate water intake is very important for a baby's good digestion. Children should learn how to drink water without any flavor or sweetner in it. If they are thirsty enough, they will drink it.
