Ok Then start And iron supplement for the child because a lot of times with the haemoglobin is less in the body it’s on the lower side the appetite dies you know it’s very common with kids so it would be advisable if you start iron syrup  and becasule 2.5 ML once in a day for a month I am sure you will get

Hello thanks for your advice 
I have consulted with pediatrician she only says skip milk and try to give him food 
she says same thing everytime and I am trying from 1 year 
there is no outcome 
I have started feeling anxious about this 
he looks so weak
