#asktheexpert my baby is 16th month old. he got cough n cold again n again , what should I do for that??

frequent cold and cough means low immunity or allergic problem
so check extact reason behind this.
give healthy diet to your child ,especially ..you need to offer atleast one serving of citrus fruits daily which strenghten child's immunity
give tulsi leaves with pinch of turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
