#AskTheExpert my baby is 15 month old she i shaving cold and cough since 1 month she is on medicine from 1 months but still not well i visit to homeopathy Dr today she told me that baby 70% lungs is filled with cough glands swollen please suggest me what to do

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 15 months old now if you are not getting complete relief from cough then you need to get chest x-ray done and blood investigations done instead of just predicting lung involvement

Please consult your pediatrician as to quickly provide her treatment
Some very useful home remedies
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized.
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far overnight
