#AskTheExpert My baby is 14 months old.She is not eating anything properly.she is love to eat any dust particles from floor.Carving for that which are not edible.she is taking everying into mouth exepct her food.What should I do to make her eat?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the child is loss of appetite and if the child is eating all such thing it may be because of iron deficiency anaemia to consult your doctor for a proper iron supplementation required
