A. If your 14-month-old baby is not sleeping well at night, frequently waking and needing 2–3 bottles of milk, it may be due to habitual night feeding, discomfort, teething, or a disrupted sleep routine. Too much milk at night can also cause disturbed sleep and digestion issues. Try to reduce night milk gradually and ensure your baby eats a filling dinner. Establish a calming bedtime routine with a bath, dim lights, and soft music. If the issue continues or your baby seems uncomfortable, consult your pediatrician to rule out reflux, gas, or other medical concerns.
