NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello most baby will be able to have most of the teeth around age 3 and is absolutely nothing to worry about and give your child calcium rich food in the diet and this can helps strengthen baby teeth n bibes and use flouride free toothpaste like Babyhug to prevent cavities
