ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist2 years agoA. Hi its totally fine.. kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething and wait

Don’t do anything just wait because the thing is in your hand other child will have its teeth by the age of 17 months and if it does not happen by then on the higher side then you can check with an orthodontist but right now there is no problem no delay in the process
