Loose are dry due to less intake of water.
Increase the water intake and other fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, nimboo pani etc to keep ur baby hydrated.
Apply vaseline or coconut oil on the lips. This will to make lips soft and smooth
