#AskTheExpert My baby is 1 year old, he is on teething. after every meal while farting he loose some motion. 5 to 6 time he do motion in a day but in small amount please suggest

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is assrociated hu with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry... if the motions are watery and frequent then u can give econorm sachet for loose motions to ur baby twice a day
