Q.

#asktheexpert My baby is 1 month old and as my lactation is less doc suggested to give nanpro. But when I visited another pediatrician she said my daughter is overweight (4kg) and she also mentioned my baby will become hyper active if we continue giving nanpro. A. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain of the child is witxhin normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milxk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding. continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child. small all children take demand feeding that is when they feel hungry they will take feeding. .
