#asktheexpert My baby is 1 month 53 days old.she is bm + fm baby. some times my baby is having very hard stool.what can I do to make it better.

it is common problem among formulafed babies
so please avoid giving it
please offer plenty of breastfeeds.
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands
move your child's legs in cycling motion
maintain good hygiene.
