A. hi you mean to say , your child is feeling constipated ? if yes then I advise to keep your child well hydrated at first. second , avoid giving heavy and bakery food items. third ,give food items like soup , fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child more give warm milk with one tsp of ghee daily before sleep time.
