sorry , as self medication can be risky ,we can not prescibe medicine without examining your baby.
but for relief in such symptoms ,i will suggest some safe remedies like :
i advise to give short but frequent nursing sessions which keeps the throat wet and prevent dry coughing.
as child is having cold , you may treat it using Babyhug rapid relief rub , it has eucalyptus and lavender oil the soothing property of it gives relief in cold instantly.
