A. child having fever along with cold and running nose give syrup Sinarest to the baby and then regarding the symptoms you should get a proper physical examination done by your doctor and then only your doctor will give proper guidance regarding the complain so consult your doctor once thanks

A. you must visit to pediatrician immediately.. fever is too high.. you shouldn't take any risk by doing self medication

A. you should immediately contact to your doctor as this is very high fever for 6 months of old. he will suggest you best medication as per baby's requirement after proper examination and analyzing the baby
