A. Hai good afternoon !! If you havent enough mothers milk then you can substitute with formula milk on advice of paediatrician . Along with breast milk or formula milk start semi solid foods fruit and vegetable puriees,mashes,cerelac,porridge,idly,dalia once or twice a day... but check suitability of every new food item.
