my baby boy recently turned one, he is on formula milk only. now can I switch to stage 3 formula milk and also I want to introduce cow milk which brand can i give? and how can i give. we are living in mumbai can i give warna or amul cow milk?

My daughter just turned 15 months old
I introduced amul milk when she was 7 months old I used to add saunf for good digestion . Now I have completely switched to cow milk . But I get it from Farm in gurgaon

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. after your baby turns age 1 year old then you can introduce cow milk till then you can give formula milk and you should actually give a balanced diet to your child introduce other food items also
