Q.
My son turned one last week and I have been on formula feeding from past two months. I have given stage 2 till now and not introduced cow milk. Can I give stage 2 after one year too or should I use stage 3 or complete eliminate formula and give cow milk?!

You can now wean the toddler off formula milk completely and introduce it to cow's milk and also his dietary routine consists of regular family foods as such

You can continue with stage two till 13 months after that you can introduce stage three if you want to otherwise if you want to make a transition to regular Mail also like animal milk or full cream packet milk you can go ahead with that as well that’s totally fine
