#AskTheExpert My baby girl has turned 6 months. Is it okay to give cow's milk or it will be better to give Formula milk.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Feed formula milk if you don't have breast milk avoid cow/buffalo/packet milk until one year because baby's below one year can't digest animals milk. Feed semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac,dal kichdi,dal water,sooji, Dalia, oats porridge/kheer,malts, idly. Adequate water and fluids for hydration.
