shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mum first of all you need to look for any kind of injury on the body if there is no bleeding or cut or swelling then don't worry second thing you have to watch out is it should not vomit within 24 hours and he should be active and if having food like before normally then there is nothing to worry about
