#asktheexpert My baby has completed 4 months. pls suggest for weight gain and become more healthy and improve immunity.

For first six months you are supposed to give only breastfeeding to the child if your child is not gaining weight then you can give formula milk to the child with that only the child will have proper health and immunity if you give proper milk to the child
