Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. probably you are talking about the cradle cap not dandruff.. give oil massage use coconut oil as coconut oil prevent dryness and hence itching.. use mild shampoo to wash head as Himalaya baby shampoo or mama earth baby shampoo.. wash head at least twice a week..
