Red rashes on the face at this age can be usually in sweat rash. majority of the skin rashes in children will definitely disappear with routine skin care. It is important to use products with skin friendly pH 5.5 calamine lotion can be used for soothing effect.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Don't squeeze, pick or scrub acne.Cleanse the area with warm water two times a day. ... Don't use soap or lotion on affected areas.Avoid acne or other skin care products meant for adults.
