it happens because of many reasons like mosquito bites, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or infection.
so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
avoid using any cosmetics.
apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
maintain good hygiene.
