Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby got diaper rash that is very extreme suddenly yesterday evening because before that he did not have any kind of rashes in that area so I applied the rest cream but I think it burns when I applied because he start to cry so I am now applying coconut oil can you please suggest me any cream or home remedies. and I have read it on Google that the baking soda is very good for rashes can you give me approval on that it is right or not

A. After removing the diaper, don’t make your baby wear another diaper immediately. Allow his skin to breathe, let it be free for some time. Avoid diapers and apply coconut oil before using cloth diapers. Clean your baby’s skin with baby wipes or cloth after removing the diaper. You can apply any of -candid cream, or eazynappy cream, Sofirash cream or Himalaya's diaper rashe cream. All these help in curing rashes. maintain good hygiene. i
