#asktheexpert .....my baby got dandruff recently, started with small pimples like I did hairwash daily but as it winter I'm washing her hair once in 2 days ...i observed that dandruff increased like patches ....I'm worried.. using Cetaphil shampoo and sesame oil.....please any remedy to cure dandruff....she pulls her hair for ithness

Spoo shampoo you can use if you’re sure it is dandruff because as far as I know this small kids if you do haven’t got the scalp of the child shaved up this would probably be just cradle cap and nothing else so I think once you get the scalp of the child shave of the problem is going to go completely
