Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby girl is not gaining weight. her birth weight is 3.6 kg and she is now 5 month old with 4.5 kg weight. she has no other symptoms.

A. child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year. give only breastmilk till completion of six months and give Sunbath every morning. start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly

A. Seems Like the weight is quite less maybe the breastfeeding that you’re giving to the child is not healthy and sufficient for the baby so if it is needed then you can start with formula feeding for the child as well maybe that will help in a better weight gain and growth of your baby
