NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello this can be due to dryness or diaper rashes so maintain a proper hygiene and also apply diaper rash cream during every diaper change and also use a comfortable diaper like Babyhug which can help and any concern then check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you
