Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby girl is 5 months old . whenever I feed her she drinks very little quantity of milk just for 15 minutes every 3 to 4 hours and in that also she takes brakes in between feeding . Is that milk sufficient for her? if not what steps should I take to increase her appetite?

A. Yes. Sometimes, your baby will just want a snack. He may breastfeed for a minute or two, take a break, and then go back for a little more. When you add it all up, it amounts to a longer feed.
