#AskTheExpert My baby girl is 3months old. She was 4500gms in 2 month n now she is 4800gms in 3months...her food intake,growth is normal as per doctor.. why is not gaining weight...doctor said she has anemia but no heart disease...please advice n I am very worried

A. hello mum the good news is that your baby is physically fit and as active as well and also the food intake is proper so do not worry about the weight as far as anaemia is concerned you can start giving iron medication to the child you can even go for the hemopathic treatment
