A. Dear parent, weight of 4.8 kg is a normal range 3 months old baby, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
