A. dear mum, weight of 6 kg is a normal weight for 4 months 3 weeks old baby. for healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. See if your child has gained about 12 to 1500 g on the minimum side in four months of the time when your child is gaining appropriately and 6 KG weight for a four month old child seems very healthy so I don’t think so it is less it’s going good onlyWrite Your Answer Here
