#asktheexpert my baby girl is 22 months old and she is having alot of trouble doing poty, she is very constipated , I give her alot of water pulses, fibre rich food... but nothing helps

Prune juice you can give to the child in the night before sleeping this would be good along with that also I’m going to advise you to start the day with a glass of warm water that also is going to be quite helpful and apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping
