Q.

#asktheexpert My baby girl is 1 year and 8months old. She is still breastfeeding. How can this be weaned? I don't want to hurt her by stopping breastfeeding abruptly. but at the same time, I'm feeling weak and exhausted because of breastfeeding. So betterment of my health and my child's wellbeing, I want to stop breastfeeding. any ideas pls

A. first feed her more dinner.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please don't stop it all of a sudden and reduce the frequency and apply neem oil and giloy juice on nipples whenever you don't want to give breastfeeding. take care
