#asktheexpert my baby girl doesn't eat the meal she only drink milk and water...

Author of questionFather of 2 children1 Year agoA. she doesn't eat chapati ,dal or sabji, she like curd or rayta only..and drink lot of water.. we have tried giving her variety of seasonal fruits but she merely eat it.. can you suggest some food which can provide her the required nutrients

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Water and milk is not going to be enough and this age a child has to have proper food maybe it is due to summer season so try and include more of liquid into your child every day diet and also also try to give different varieties of food to your child
