#AskTheExpert My baby girl 8 months. Can i give her rice twice a day? And my baby is still not able to sit without support nor crawling. Is that normal? Will she take still more time?

Give rich then twice but avoid in night. This is normal dear to not crawl at this age. Give more time to baby. Do massage daily.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year
