Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated with mucous and foul smkell in motion than there could be some infection.

Green colour stool is not always alarming it can also be because of natural or artificial food intake in babies diet or can also be because of formula milk. In such case if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about so you should not worry about it at all.
