#AskTheExpert my baby doesnt eat, if I add dint add sugar. he starts puking. I still force feed him.. what should I do?

A. Hello mom don’t put him into the habit of this otherwise later it would get difficult to take him out of it . Also avoid using refined white sugars .. instead use Jaggery , natural sweet foods such as sweet potatoes, banana, carrots , Chikku , etc as well
