Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..no sugar and alarm till one year.. post one year. you can give in moderation as excess if anything is not good ..give well balanced meal to baby..that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits
