No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions are totally normal.

Constipation is common in néw born babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. Breast feed babies are rarely constipated. So no need to worry if ur baby is active and comfortable. Take care
