Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child.

Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating by looking at family members. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day while feeding solids. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your child.
