#asktheexpert my baby doesn't drink breastfeed, for longer periods she just drink only for 5-10min what to do

A. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk. if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping . there is no need to to go for fixed feedingz pattern. also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits . also if the weightz gain of the child every month is normal then no need to worry regarding the pattern of breastfeeding

A. If your child is getting sufficient amount of weight and urine output is good for the child in every day then there is no problem with that a urine output should be 10 to 12 times in the day on the minimum side and the way it should be approximately 500 g gain if that is there then there is no problem
