#asktheexpert My baby cannot digest vegetables because when I give him vegetables khichdi we can see every single vegetables in his stool why it happens don't know? please advice

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Mash the vegetables well abd always add only one vegetable at a time in khichdi as too many fibre rich foods are difficult to digest so try that you will see change
