ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello Mom! Many children become fussy during this phase, don't force feed her but make sure her nutritional requirements are fulfilled.
Give her small, frequent meals which are kid friendly, interesting and healthy too.
Make her meals look colorful and fun. Once in a while buy her new cutlery - plate, spoons , bowl etc
Try recipes like - chocolate ragi pancake, eggs in a hole, pinwheel sandwich, cheese paneer paratha, fruit custard, fruit yoghurt or lassi, nuts ladoo, dal pakoda, moong dosa.

It is normal for children to be fussy eaters But they will probably be less fussy as they get older Offer fussy eaters a few healthy options and let them choose what to eat Pleasant low stress and regular mealtimes can help with fussy eating
