A. as she is only 3 month old, consult with paedriatian. Mother’s milk is best for the baby so continue breast feeding. You should not stop feedings because A baby can become dehydrated very quickly without feedings. Try to keep your baby's diaper area as clean and dry as possible. Do Consult your paedritician if stool consistency is watery, foul smelling, more frequent, bloody, pee count is less than 5-6 times.

A. Hi Your child is too small you have to consult your paediatrician only for a proper medication because milk increases diarrhoea which is something which we cannot stop right now so maybe you’ll have to shift to lactose free milk for the timing but yes you have to consult your doctor before that
