#asktheexperts My baby has been motions like water for 2 days now. The doctor gave him z&d ds drops but it didn't help. Please give me some solution

A. kimdly give z and d drops as per advice, give your toddler stool binder food, like sago kheer, dal khichdi, lemtil soup, bababa, apple, curd rice, coconut water, n lots of fluids
