#asktheexpert my baby boy not gaining weight and he doesn't like milk. his weight is 13.5 but he is active all day.. please suggest

okay..whats the age of your child ?
if its 4 years , weight is bit less .
so i advise to give egg ,chicken , boiled potato ,rice,paneer ,soya etc more
as child doesnt like to take milk ,its ok
its common for kids to have own food choice and reject certain food items.
but to encourage your child ,i advise to give it with different flavours like milk with honey ,fig milkshake etc
