#asktheexpert# My baby boy is 6 months old now His weight is 6.530kgs and birth weight is 2.7kgs Is his growth normal He is active playful but looks thin.

A. Growth seems good.By five months of age the baby should double the birth weight and buy one year should triple the birthweight. Looks like the babies gaining well enough so don’t worry

A. It’s Exactly the double of birth weight that you know of the birth are going to the age of six months of child’s weight is perfect so as of now you can start with semisolid food and the further gain is going to be with the breast feed as well as the semisolid food that you start with
