#AskTheExpert my baby boy is 6 months old now. can i give him water ? how many times a day and in what amount?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom yes you can give it to the baby , make sure it is boiled and cooled & stored at room temperature.
you can give the baby a few sips through out th e day and that also includes other fluids that you give.

yes, ofcourse you can start giving water to your child
but your child may not need More than 50ml per day
so please give few spoons of water after meal or during play time
